- Pediatric - Adult
- Includes Self or Caregiver and Teacher report forms, feedback session, condensed report
ADHD Diagnostic Evaluation Full
- Pediatric - Adult
- Includes a clinical interview; a 3-hour testing session to assess cognitive abilities, memory, and attention; caregiver, teacher, and self-report forms addressing attention, executive functioning, behavior, and mood symptoms; a feedback session; and a comprehensive written report.
Autism Evaluation - Adult
- Initial Evaluation, re-evaluation (college, work, etc.)
